For those who do not know what minecraft is, here is a brief description from wiki:
"The core gameplay revolves around construction. The game world is essentially made up of cubical blocks arranged in a fixed grid pattern, that represent different materials, such as, dirt, stone, various ores, water, tree trunks, etc. While the players can move freely across the world, objects and items can only be placed at fixed locations relative to the grid. The player can gather these material "blocks" and place them elsewhere, thus potentially creating various constructions."
Our clan has been playing this game in the offline mode for quite sometime. We recently got our multiplayer working on the interent. It was a long trip, but we made it.
We are now running on beta 1.3_1 and have all the files + instruction to make minecraft work for you. We are also running a server mod known as runecraft. It is a rather complex mod, but the game itself doesn't change much. If anyone is interested in joining our server, please visit our website @ http://tnucsregavar.yolasite.com/minecraft.php We don't want to give minecraft/our network information to just anyone. The people responsible for screening submissions are quite quick, so there is not much of a wait for approval to join the server.
In adition to being able to connect to our server, hamachi will also allow access to our personal computers. Though they do have a password, the right member may gain access to our massive database.
